Service

TattooAdmin provides booking, appointment management, client communication, scheduling, payment collection, consent forms, and related services for tattoo artists and their clients.

Payments

• Clients may pay deposits or full fees through our secure system (Stripe).
• We charge a small service fee, which is added at checkout.
• TattooAdmin does not guarantee refunds unless stated in the cancellation policy.

TattooAdmin does not store full payment card information.

Platform Fee

TattooAdmin charges a small platform fee, which includes payment processing costs. Tattoo artists receive the full amount they list.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.

Limitation of Liability

TattooAdmin is not responsible for losses resulting from missed appointments, internet outages, third-party service interruptions, or user error.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

SMS Messaging Terms

Users who provide a mobile number may receive SMS messages relating to appointments, booking requests, appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, cancellation notices, consent form reminders, and account notifications.

Message frequency varies.
